Who we are

About Ruygh

Ruygh is a small stud farm specialized in Friesian sport horses.

We named our stables after, and in loving memory of, our little Friesian colt Ruygh (Uldrik 457 x Folkert 353).

Ruygh Friesian Horses is located in Lunteren, the geographical center of the Netherlands, surrounded by the forest-rich nature of National Park the Veluwe.

Breeding

We breed stunning looking and great moving KFPS-registered Friesian horses from the best bloodlines with a friendly character and a talent for sport. We are critical of inbreeding, kinship and the absence of genetic defects.



Intermediair

Buying a horse is an important decision. As an intermediary we can help you find the right match and can also assist with breeding, stud selection, inspections, training, veterinary services and transportation.



SAles

We offer a select number of our talented Friesian horses for sale. Contact us if you have a specific request or want to be notified when your favorite is for sale.
